Ashampoo Support
Opens the troubleshooting window. It provides suggestions to solve common errors that might occur while using the application. The window automatically appears when an error occurs to assist with the problem. This behaviour can be configured by pressing the “Settings…” button. |

Opens a prepared HTML form with some information about your system and some data from the log file. An e-mail program is required to send the problem report. |
